Week Beginning 4.5.20
Hello Owls!
I hope you are all well and have been having fun at home with your learning. It was lovely to speak to some of you when I rang your parents this week- I know all the teachers are so proud to hear how well you are getting on with your work.
I am excited about next week's home learning because there is a very special celebration happening next Friday (8th May) to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day. If we were in school we would have done lots of activities and enjoyed celebrating this as a school, I hope that you are all able to mark the occasion in some way whilst you stay safe in your homes.
I think I will have a go at making some of the WW2 recipes I have saved for you and will enjoy singing some of the songs that were popular during the wartime. I would love to see photos of how you decide to celebrate so don't forget you can email me at the school email account (office@cdw.bwmat.org) and I will be able to reply to your messages every Tuesday.
