Hi Owls,

I hope you are all safe and well and have been enjoying your home learning activities. This week I have been busy writing your reports for the year and it has been really lovely to look through your books and think back on all the fun we have had so far. One of my favourite memories was getting to look at the photos you all brought in from home and see how much you have changed and grown since you were little. I wonder what your favourite memory of the year has been? 

For your home learning this week I have planned some English activities based around the idea of 'kindness' and you will also be exploring another Fairy Tale and comparing it to 'The Three Little Pigs'. For your Maths you will be continuing to follow the fantastic resources the BBC created and I have shared another Fun Sheet for you to have a go at. 

For your theme work, you will be having a closer look at some of the birds that visit your garden. As I have told you before, I love watching the birds visiting my bird table each day, although sometimes my dog tries to eat the treats I put out for them! Hopefully, you will be able to identify which types of birds visit you. 

As always I hope you are able to make the most of your time at home and are enjoying learning in a different way- stay safe, have fun and remember to try your best with this week's activities. I can't wait to hear how you get on so don't forget to email me any work/photos at office@cdw.bwmat.org.
