Every child and member of staff belongs to one of our three Crew Groups:

• Cadbury Hill – Blue
• Goblin Combe – Green
• Yeo Moor – Yellow

Our Crew Groups help to create a strong sense of community, belonging and teamwork across the school. Year 6 pupils take on leadership roles within each crew, and, in line with the British Value of democracy, children vote for their Crew Captain and Vice-Captain at the start of each academic year.

Crews meet regularly throughout the year, assisted by Mr Hughes, providing opportunities for children of all ages to work together, develop leadership skills and have their voices heard. Each crew also supports a chosen charity, organising fundraising events and community projects that promote the British Values of mutual respect, individual liberty and responsibility. Through these experiences, children learn the importance of making a positive contribution to both our school and the wider community.
